Ingredients:

  • linguine pasta (200g)
  • coconut milk (400ml)
  • curry powder (15g)
  • chicken breast (250g)
  • red bell pepper (1)
  • onion (1)
  • garlic cloves (3)
  • fresh cilantro (for garnish)

  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board

To start, cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add some coconut milk, curry powder, diced chicken breast, sliced red bell pepper, minced onion, and garlic cloves. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender.
