  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 100g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lime

To prepare this scrumptious dessert, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • saucepan
  • wooden spoon
  • grater

Start by rinsing the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
