  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 50ml lime juice
  • 1 small red onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 jalapeno (sliced)
  • Handful of cilantro (chopped)
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste
