Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (250g)
  • pear, thinly sliced (1)
  • gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (100g)
  • walnuts, chopped (50g)
  • honey (2 tbsp)
  • fresh thyme leaves

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • rolling pin
  • oven

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness. Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven and place the dough on it.
