  • 2 salmon fillets (150g each)
  • 50g crushed hazelnuts
  • 50g bread crumbs
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To start, preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
