Hey there, foodies! Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that’s perfect for those chilly winter evenings when you’re craving something warm and comforting with a kick of spice. This Spicy Maple Glazed Cauliflower is a unique twist on a classic vegetable side dish that will have your taste buds dancing with delight.

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 600g), cut into florets
  • 100ml maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

To bring this recipe to life, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • baking sheet
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • oven

Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Whisk together until well combined. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the glaze.

Spread the glazed cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
