  • 3g salt
  • 50g sugar
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 50g butter (melted)
  • 100g dark chocolate chips
  • 50g white chocolate chips
  • 50g milk chocolate chips

To start, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Next, gently fold in the dark, white, and milk chocolate chips into the batter. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle for each pancake, spreading it out slightly.
