  • tenderloin beef (250g)
  • blackberries (100g)
  • blue cheese (50g)
  • honey (15ml)
  • balsamic vinegar (30ml)
  • rosemary (5g)
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • grill pan
  • mixing bowl

Start by seasoning the tenderloin beef with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary. Heat up a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef for about 4-5 minutes on each side until you reach your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, set the beef aside to rest.
