  • 250g pumpkin puree
  • 100g chopped pecans
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g melted butter
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Fold in the chopped pecans.
