  • 1/2 red onion (50g)

  • 3 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (60g)
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

To make these delicious Beet and Black Bean Burgers, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • skillet
  • spatula

Start by pulsing the black beans in a food processor until they are roughly mashed.
