Ingredients:

  • 200g pumpkin puree
  • 120ml heavy cream
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust, rolled out

Next, gently press the pie crust into individual tartlet pans, trimming any excess dough. Pour the pumpkin mixture into each tartlet shell, filling it to the top.
