  • red curry paste (2 tbsp)
  • vegetable broth (500ml)
  • tofu (250g, cubed)
  • bell peppers (2, sliced)
  • jalapeño (1, diced)
  • garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • ginger (1-inch piece, grated)
  • lime (1, juiced)
  • salt (to taste)
  • cilantro (for garnish)
