Mouthwatering Maple Bacon Cupcakes

Today, I’m excited to share a unique and delicious recipe for Maple Bacon Cupcakes. With the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors, these cupcakes are sure to be a hit at any gathering or special occasion. The combination of maple syrup, crispy bacon, and fluffy cake will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.

Ingredients:

  • 300g all-purpose flour
  • 10g baking powder
  • 5g salt
  • 200g unsalted butter, softened
  • 200g white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 120ml maple syrup
  • 240ml milk
  • 150g cooked bacon, crumbled

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • cupcake tin
  • cooling rack

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the maple syrup until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, until everything is incorporated. Be careful not to overmix. Gently fold in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for garnish.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cupcakes have cooled, top them with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with the reserved bacon pieces. Serve these Maple Bacon Cupcakes at your next event and watch as your guests devour them with delight.
