Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 150g pasta
  • 100g fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Kitchen Tools:

To start, cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
