Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts (4 medium-sized)
  • parmesan cheese (100g)
  • bread crumbs (150g)
  • fresh parsley (25g)
  • garlic cloves (2)
  • olive oil (50ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • food processor
  • meat mallet

Start by preheating your oven to 200°C. Then, in a food processor, combine the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, fresh parsley, garlic cloves, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pulse until you have a coarse mixture.

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and gently pound them with a meat mallet until they are about 1 cm thick. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
