Today, I am excited to share with you a truly unique and delicious recipe that I have been experimenting with recently. This Chocolate Avocado Mousse is a creamy and indulgent dessert that is perfect for any occasion. I love how the combination of rich chocolate and creamy avocado creates a silky smooth texture that will leave you wanting more.

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (60ml)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Fresh berries, for garnish

To make this Chocolate Avocado Mousse, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • food processor
  • spatula
  • mixing bowl
  • ramekins

Start by scooping out the flesh of the ripe avocados and placing them into a food processor. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and sea salt. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.

Once the mousse is smooth, spoon it into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set. Before serving, top the mousse with fresh berries for a pop of color and extra freshness.
