Ingredients:

  • 250g sushi rice (cooked)
  • 4 sheets of seaweed
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 200g sushi-grade raw fish (tuna or salmon)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 50g spicy mayo
  • 15g sesame seeds
  • 30ml soy sauce

  • mixing bowl
  • spoon

Preparation:
