Hello, foodies! Today, I am excited to share my latest culinary creation with you all. As the weather starts to cool down, I find myself craving cozy and comforting dishes that are also packed with flavor. That’s why I decided to whip up a batch of Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles. This dish combines the creamy richness of peanut butter with a kick of spice that will warm you from the inside out.

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients (approximate weights):

  • 200g egg noodles
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 15ml sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

To bring this dish to life, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • saucepan
  • mixing bowl
  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • grater

Start by cooking the egg noodles according to the package instructions. In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger over low heat. Stir until the peanut butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the saucepan with the peanut sauce. Toss the noodles until they are well coated in the sauce. Add in the green onions and julienned carrots, stirring to combine.
