  • pizza dough (300g)
  • olive oil (30ml)
  • onion, thinly sliced (150g)
  • figs, sliced (100g)
  • goat cheese (100g)
  • balsamic glaze

Before you begin, make sure you have the following kitchen tools ready:

  • rolling pin
  • baking sheet
  • skillet

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are caramelized and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the pizza dough.
