For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • butternut squash (500g, cubed)
  • fennel bulb (1, sliced)
  • pear (1, sliced)
  • balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • honey (1 tbsp)
  • olive oil (3 tbsp)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

To bring this recipe to life, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • baking sheet
  • sharp knife
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed butternut squash, sliced fennel bulb, and sliced pear. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and fruit, ensuring everything is well coated.
