To make these delectable Spicy Mango Chicken Tacos, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
