  • 1 ripe avocado
  • goat cheese (100g)
  • honey (50g)
  • sea salt (1 tsp)
  • chopped pistachios (50g)

  • mixing bowl
  • food processor
  • spatula

To begin, melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. In a food processor, combine the ripe avocado, goat cheese, honey, and sea salt. Blend until creamy and well combined.
