  • white chocolate (100g)

To bring this dessert to life, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • spatula
  • round cake tin
  • microplane zester

Start by preheating your oven to 160°C. In a food processor, blitz the digestive biscuits until they form fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs until well combined. Press this mixture into the base of a round cake tin and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
