This dish is perfect for a cozy night in or a special occasion when you want to impress your guests with something out of the ordinary. With unexpected ingredients and a creative twist on a classic dish, this recipe is sure to be a hit.

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
– 250g boneless chicken thighs
– 1 small pineapple, sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1/2 red onion, sliced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– 1/2 tsp chili flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

In terms of kitchen tools, you will need:

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • skillet
  • cooking spoon

Start by cutting the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, red onion, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened. Stir in the soy sauce, honey, ginger, and chili flakes. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, along with the sliced pineapple. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Once everything is heated through, taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

The approximate total weight of the cooked dish is 800g, with 4 servings. Each serving weighs around 200g, and it has approximately 300 calories per serving.
