My Unique Healthy Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado (150g)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (120g)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (20g)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (10g)
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk (60ml)
  • Mixed berries for topping

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowls
  • spatula
  • ramekins

To begin, scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a food processor. Add the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, chia seeds, and almond milk to the food processor as well. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.

Next, divide the mixture into individual ramekins and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Once chilled, top each ramekin with a handful of mixed berries for a burst of freshness and color.
