  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
