  • crusty bread, 500g
  • Parmesan cheese, 200g
  • eggs, 6
  • milk, 500ml
  • fresh thyme, 2 tbsp
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Add in the fresh thyme and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing everything together until smooth. Gently fold in the cubed crusty bread, making sure it is fully coated in the egg mixture.
