Ingredients

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
