I was inspired by the vibrant colors and bold flavors of Asian cuisine, and I wanted to create a fusion dish that combines these elements with a classic Mexican favorite. These tacos are perfect for a fun and spicy dinner any day of the week!

Ingredients:

  • 250g ground pork
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 15ml sesame oil
  • 10g fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15g chili paste
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 15g sugar
  • 100g red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 15g fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 taco shells

To start, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground pork. Cook until browned, then add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, chili paste, lime juice, and sugar. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes until the pork is fully cooked and coated in the sauce.
