  • asparagus (200g, trimmed)
  • ricotta cheese (150g)
  • sun-dried tomatoes (50g, chopped)
  • parmesan cheese (50g, grated)
  • fresh basil leaves (a handful, chopped)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
