  • dragon fruit (200g)
  • turmeric (5g)
  • coconut milk (400ml)
  • quinoa (150g)
  • pistachios (50g)

  • saucepan
  • fine mesh strainer
  • mixing bowl

To begin, peel and chop the dragon fruit into chunks. In a blender, combine the dragon fruit chunks with the turmeric and coconut milk. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds or pulp.
