Ingredients:

  • 6 large mushrooms (about 300g)
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon (about 80g)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 50g cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Place the mushrooms cap-side down on the baking sheet.
