  • 400g stale bread, cubed
  • 100g raisins
  • 100g walnuts, chopped

  • 500ml milk
  • 150g brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
