Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 250g pasta of your choice

  • grater

To start, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, then add the chili flakes and cocoa powder, stirring well to combine.

Next, pour in the cream and chopped dark chocolate, whisking continuously until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander and add it directly to the chocolate sauce. Toss the pasta in the sauce until it is well coated. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
