Ingredients:

  • 200g dragon fruit (peeled and cubed)
  • 150g kiwano melon (scooped out)
  • 100g coconut meat (thinly sliced)
  • 150g mango (diced)
  • 100g blackberries
  • 50g goji berries
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 200ml coconut water

Kitchen Tools:

  • tbsp
  • blender
  • serving bowls

Preparation:

Start by combining the dragon fruit, kiwano melon, coconut meat, mango, blackberries, goji berries, matcha powder, and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more coconut water if needed. Pour the mixture into serving bowls and top with additional slices of dragon fruit, kiwano melon balls, and a sprinkle of matcha powder for garnish.

Serving:

This refreshing and exotic fruit soup serves 4 and weighs approximately 800g once prepared. Each serving is around 200g with an estimated calorie count of 150 calories per serving.

Tips:
