Ingredients

  • dragonfruit (200g)
  • quail eggs (100g)
  • black truffle (20g)
  • crème fraîche (50g)
  • microgreens (10g)
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

  • frying pan
  • small spoon

Preparation

To start, carefully peel and dice the dragonfruit into small cubes. Next, gently boil the quail eggs until they reach a soft-boiled consistency. While the eggs are cooking, slice the black truffle into thin shavings. Then, in a small saucepan, heat the crème fraîche over low heat until warm.

In a frying pan, lightly toast the shavings of black truffle for added flavor. Once the quail eggs are cooked, carefully peel them and slice them in half.

Assembling the Dish

Begin by arranging the diced dragonfruit pieces on a serving plate. Place the soft-boiled quail egg halves on top of the dragonfruit. Drizzle the warmed crème fraîche over the eggs and dragonfruit.

Sprinkle the toasted black truffle shavings on top, followed by a garnish of fresh microgreens. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a twist of black pepper for a burst of flavor.
