  • Vegetable broth (1 liter)
  • Dry white wine (1/2 cup)
  • Parmesan cheese (50g, grated)
  • Fresh thyme (1 tablespoon, chopped)
  • Butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
