  • fresh rosemary (20g)
  • dried lavender (10g)
  • honey (30ml)
  • olive oil (45ml)
  • garlic cloves (4)
  • sea salt (10g)
  • black pepper (5g)

First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and set aside. In a food processor, combine the fresh rosemary, dried lavender, honey, olive oil, garlic cloves, sea salt, and black pepper. Pulse until a fragrant herb paste forms.
