  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 10g gelatin
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • saucepan
  • whisk
  • measuring cups
  • ramekins

In a saucepan, combine the dragonfruit puree, coconut milk, and sugar over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar is completely dissolved. Next, sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and continue to whisk until the gelatin is fully incorporated. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture into individual ramekins and place them in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Once the panna cotta has set, carefully run a knife around the edges of the ramekins to loosen the dessert. Place a plate over the top of each ramekin, then quickly flip it over to release the panna cotta onto the plate.
