Today, I’m excited to share my recipe for Spicy Mango Salsa Pasta, a unique and delicious dish that combines the sweetness of mango with the heat of spicy peppers. It’s the perfect balance of flavors and textures that will leave your taste buds wanting more.

Ingredients:

  • penne pasta (200g)
  • ripe mango (1, diced)
  • red bell pepper (1, diced)
  • jalapeno pepper (1, minced)
  • red onion (1/2, finely chopped)
  • fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • lime juice (2 tbsp)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)

  • chef’s knife
  • mixing bowl
  • wooden spoon

To start, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted water. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and add it to the mango salsa mixture. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the salsa. Adjust seasoning as needed.
