Today’s Culinary Adventure: Blueberry Basil Pasta

Today, I’m excited to share a unique and refreshing dish that combines the sweetness of blueberries with the herbaceous notes of fresh basil. This dish is perfect for a summer gathering or a cozy night in, and I can’t wait for you to try it!

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh blueberries
  • 30g fresh basil leaves
  • 250g linguine
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • skillet
  • colander
  • cheese grater

Start by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the fresh blueberries and cook until they start to burst, releasing their juices.
