Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (30g)
  • 2 tbsp honey (30g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (60ml)
  • Fresh berries for topping

To start, scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocados and place them in a food processor. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Transfer the chocolate avocado mousse into a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Once chilled, divide the mousse into individual serving glasses and top with fresh berries.
