Ingredients

– 250g firm tofu, cubed
– 1 medium-sized dragon fruit, peeled and diced
– 1 lemongrass stalk, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 100g snow peas
– 2 tbsp tamari sauce
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
– Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Pour in the tamari sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to stir-fry everything together until well combined.
