Ingredients:

  • Tofu (400g, cubed)
  • Orange (1, juiced and zested)
  • Soy sauce (50ml)
  • Sriracha sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Fresh ginger (20g, minced)
  • Garlic cloves (3, minced)
  • Bell pepper (1, sliced)
  • Onion (1, sliced)
  • Sesame oil (1 tbsp)
  • Cornstarch (1 tbsp)
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

  • Juicer

To start, marinate the tofu cubes in orange juice, soy sauce, sriracha, minced ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes. In a hot wok, add sesame oil and stir-fry the marinated tofu until it turns golden brown. Remove the tofu from the wok and set it aside.
