  • asparagus, chopped (150g)
  • parmesan cheese, grated (100g)
  • truffle oil (30ml)
  • chicken broth (1L)

Start by sautéing the sliced mushrooms in a saucepan until they are golden brown and fragrant. Remove them from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add a splash of olive oil and cook the risotto rice until it becomes translucent around the edges.
