Ingredients:

  • chia seeds (50g)
  • coconut milk (200ml)
  • fresh raspberries (100g)
  • fresh basil leaves (10g)
  • honey (30g)

Kitchen Tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • blender

Let’s start by mixing the chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl. Whisk them together until well combined, then cover and let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.

In the meantime, blend the fresh raspberries, basil leaves, and honey in a blender until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove any seeds or pulp, leaving you with a vibrant raspberry basil puree.

Once the chia pudding has set, take it out of the fridge and layer it in serving glasses with the raspberry basil puree. You can alternate between layers of chia pudding and puree to create a beautiful marbled effect.
