  • skinless salmon fillet (200g)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • feta cheese (50g)
  • soy sauce (2 tbsp)
  • honey (1 tsp)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

While the salmon is cooking, dice the ripe mango and red bell pepper into small cubes. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and lime juice to create a tangy dressing.
