  • 2 ripe avocados (peeled and pitted)
  • 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50ml maple syrup
  • 5ml vanilla extract
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • for garnish: chopped pistachios

To make this decadent dessert, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • food processor
  • rubber spatula
  • small bowls
  • whisk
