Ingredients:

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 60g chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 lime

Start by mixing the coconut milk, chia seeds, and agave syrup in a bowl. Whisk everything together until well combined, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to gel and thicken the pudding.
