Ingredients:

  • peaches (350g), sliced
  • prosciutto (100g), thinly sliced
  • mixed greens (100g)
  • feta cheese (50g), crumbled
  • balsamic glaze
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Start by preheating your grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the peach slices on the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have grill marks.
